Reports

How to generate the reports with sqlserver database 

1) Click the Sqlserver business intelligence Development studio    

2)Click the file and select project 

3) Right side we will get solution explore   click report generate  and select new item 

 4)Select the report then click add button

 5)Then we will get below screen drag and drop the table from toolbal into design'

 6)Then we will get below screen change the datasource name as you like  and click Edit button

 7)Then we will get below screen and give the servername then select UseSqlserver authentication and give        username and password  and select your database then click Ok

8) We will get screen like this and again give the Username and password then click Ok then click finish

9)Enter your query or stored procedure name which was developed by you in sqlserver

10)Then select boxes then it will show your column names and select which column you want to display on           reports .

 11)Then click Preview      and it will show your data as report
